  • DVD Rack: Wood and Metalwork- materials and processes
  • Can-Car Project: Wood, Metalwork and Technology
  • Computer Graphics (3D Modelling (Autodesk Inventor) and Desk Top Publishing)
  • Manual Graphic Techniques (Develop Drawing Board Skills, Freehand Sketching & Colour Rendering)

 

Second Year

  • Design and Manufacture the TechLamp (Bedside Light) Project 
  • Manufacture the Trinket Box from wood
  • Graphics Project– the Digital Camera. (Freehand Sketching/Manual Modelling/3D Computer Graphics/2D Drawing Skills/Logos/Surface Developments/Desk Top Publishing)
  • 3D sketching and drawing techniques and colour rendering 

 

Third and Fourth Year

Pupils can choose from the following courses at National 4 and 5 Level:

  • Design & Manufacture (replacing Craft & Design)
  • Graphic Communication
  • Practical Woodworking

Fifth and Sixth Year

Pupils can choose from the following courses :

  • Technological Studies (Higher)
  • Graphic Communication (Higher and Int 2)
  • Product Design (Higher and Int 2)
  • Engineering Craft Skills (Int 1 and Int 2)
